Qualify

To qualify for the OPW program you must:

Have no private health insurance, Medicare, Title 19, or Medicaid (except limited benefits under the Family Waiver Plan), or CDIB.
Have income that does not exceed 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. click here for 2023 levels
Have a clinical breast exam at a participating clinic or by your private physician within two months of the mammogram.

Oklahomans who qualify may receive a voucher to pay for a mammogram, breast ultrasound and other breast testing procedure at one of our clinics .
