Our Mission. 

Oklahoma Project Woman is dedicated to providing access to breast health care that will facilitate the early diagnosis of breast cancer and decrease the mortality rate for uninsured women and men with limited income.

Oklahoma Project Woman, Inc. is a statewide comprehensive program providing no cost mammography, diagnostic procedures and surgical services for women with no health insurance and limited financial resources. OPW is a collaborative effort linking multiple breast healthcare institutions to Oklahomans, who because of financial hardship, often delay seeking medical attention.

The organization fills a unique niche for Oklahomans by integrating a breast health education program with a comprehensive clinical program. An individual can move seamlessly through our program by having a clinical breast exam, free mammography, and if necessary a diagnostic procedure and possible surgery.
